Introduction

This Privacy Policy covers all personal data of visitors / users / members collected by the website, during the visit and use of its services. Also, this contract covers the conditions for the collection, processing and management of the personal data of visitors / users / members from Prestige to any associated companies with it. This agreement does not in any way cover the relationship between Prestige visitors / users / members and any services that are not under the control and/or ownership of Prestige. Given the nature and volume of the Internet, under any circumstances, including the case of negligence, Prestige is not responsible for any form of damage suffered by the visitor / user of Prestige’s pages, services, options and contents which he/she does on his/her own initiative and with knowledge of the terms hereof.

Collection & Use of Data

Prestige collects personal data:

  • when the visitor / user subscribes to its services
  • when using its products and/or services and
  • when visiting its pages and/or entering its promotional / advertising programs.

Prestige uses the personal data of visitors / users / members for three general reasons:

  • the informative support of its customers / users and the selection of content it offers them, so that it is relevant to their general preferences
  • the satisfaction of the requirements of its customers / users regarding the services and products available from and through .
  • informing them about new service and product offers.

Prestige does not store its customers’ financial information (credit card information, bank accounts) in any way in the database it uses.

Transfer-disposal of personal data

The Prestige store undertakes not to sell, rent or in any way publish and/or share the personal data of visitors / users / members of Prestige to any third party, unless:

  • Has the express consent of visitors / users / members to channel personal data
  • The channeling of personal data to legal and/or natural persons who cooperate with Prestige becomes necessary for the implementation of the wishes and/or orders of the users/members. Legal and natural persons cooperating with Prestige have the right to process the personal data that users/members of Prestige deposit in it only to the extent that it is absolutely necessary to provide support to Prestige.
  • It is ordered due to compliance with the relevant provisions of the law and to the competent authorities alone.

Cookies

Prestige may use cookies to identify the visitor / user of certain Prestige services and pages. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive of each visitor / user and do not take notice of any document or file from their computer. They are used only to facilitate the visitor / user’s access to specific Prestige services and for statistical purposes in order to determine the areas in which Prestige services are useful or popular or for marketing purposes. Prestige may include links to other websites which are not controlled by Prestige but by third parties (natural or legal persons). In no case is Prestige responsible for the Terms of Protection of the Personal Data of the visitors / users which these bodies follow.

IP Addresses

The IP address through which the visitor’s/user’s PC accesses the Internet and then Prestige is kept for technical reasons and used exclusively for the collection of statistics and the implementation of security measures.

Applicable Law

The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of the Prestige services is subject to the conditions of this section as well as the relevant provisions of the Greek legislation (Law 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data such as has been supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000 and article 8 of Law 2819/2000 as well as Law 2774/1999 and European law (directives 95/ 46/EC and 97/66/EC). The present conditions are formulated taking into account both the rapid development of technology and in particular the Internet and the existing – although not fully developed – network of legal regulations regarding these issues. In this context, any relevant regulation will be the subject of this section.In any case Prestige reserves the right to change the terms of personal data protection according to after informing the visitors/users and within the existing or potential legal framework. If any visitor/user does not agree with the terms of personal data protection provided herein, he/she must not use Prestige’s services.
